Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Lavish LaFlair Lashes! To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for everyone, please review our booking policy below: Notice Required: We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a penalty fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 30% of the total service fee. No-Shows: Failing to show up without prior notice will restrict you from booking future appointments with Lavish LaFlair Lashes. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time! If you are running late, notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to keep following appointments on schedule. Deposits: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. When an appointment is booked, that specific time slot is entirely reserved just for you meaning I turn away other clients who want to book that same spot. Last minute cancellations and no shows directly result in lost income and empty time on the schedule that could have gone to someone else.
